Still trying to get the navigation system to work but will not be using it when the year is up.
My experience today was great. I’ve always done most of my service here, and highly recommend it.
3.5 hours for an express oil change is crazy. If you have that many clients open a 2nd oil change facility. The other issue is you put 5k miles on sticker when really it’s 10k miles per Toyota for an oil change. No leas than 10 people in my 3.5 hours there thought it was for an oil change and tech comes out and oops just needed tire rotation.

Eric was fine and staff that stepped in to help were good also. But I'd like to see more awareness of what was previously done to vehicle to spot inconsistencies (in my case brakes). No need for further contact.

Didn’t offer to verify things were working for me (they aren’t). Also greasy fingerprints all over the light interior of the passenger side A-pillar. Fortunately I was able to remove most with prep pads but the headliner is stained.
I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. We have serviced our RAV4 and our Prius with Smart motors since we purchased them. We typically make appointments for our service. When I called in advance to inquire about coming to the express oil change, I specifically asked if our car care package that we had been using since we bought our vehicle was valid at the express oil change. They looked up my vehicle and assured me it was. When I arrived for the oil change, I told them I had purchased a car care package and would like to use that. The service tech checking me in did not tell me are package had expired. I even said "I'm not sure I really need the tire rotation because we purchased new tires this summer but since it's already included in our service package I'll just do it". Then when I went to check out I was charged full price for both the oil change and the tire rotation. It was then that they informed me that I had used the last of my package when I had my last service. I would not have waited for 3 hours at Smart Motors for an oil change that I could have gotten anywhere if I known it was not going to be free. This is the second time I've had experienced poor communication. In fact the last time I brought it in for an oil change my car was done for over an hour before anyone informed me. The service was so bad I decided I would only come back because it was free next time. I've learned my lesson and will never be servicing my car again at Smart Motors.

We were surprised when the service cost double the amount that we expected based on the cost of the parts and the labor needed to install them. Then even with an appointment it took 3 days to get the job done.
