It took me going to another dealership for the sakes agent to finally offer me a car. I’ve called, emailed, texted and left voicemails. Nothing until I went to another car dealership. That is not good customer service.
Mallory went out of her way to make my experience as easy as possible. She makes it possible for me to bring my vehicle in for service without feeling nervous or anxious because I know I will be treated respectfully and fairly.

Was told brake flush was due on 5/25/24 and did so. Saturday 9/28/24 my wife Michelle arrived at Smart for an oil change and was told the brake fluid needed flushing. This was NOT needed.Charged $136.00 that was unnessary

Separate the service and trade in question
They said that my hub cap was broken when they removed it and that it should be fine if they put it back on, it didn’t even make the drive home. I find it a little interesting that was fine until they touched it and now it’s broken. I had to go in the following day to get it fixed
Everything worked out fine
Received an email “great news Kevin” when nobody came through and nothing was accomplished or any results or help on a cracked Sequoia frame.

Very honest and straightforward. Suggested our two air filters were not ready to be replaced yet and didn’t push us on any unnecessary maintenance costs. Explained the summary of the maintenance checks and helped us keep the bill to only what we really needed. Above and beyond!
Ian Spencer was outstanding. My final cost was reduced almost
$1400 due to discounts & his service people working extra to get the job done. Kudos!

ARRIVED WITH NO APPOINTMENT. BUT FOUND OUT THAT AN APPOINTMENT WOULD HAVE HELPED. FORTUNATELY, AM RETIRED AND DID NOT MIND THE 1.5 HOUR WAIT SINCE STILL COVERED UNDER LEASE SERVICE PLAN. ALL IS GOOD.
