Greg went out of his way. He was sincere and kind and helped me figure out a way to both get a better price for my repair and not have to make multiple trips to the dealership, which goes a long way when you're a mom with two young kiddos at home. Gerg was wonderful. Period.

Toyota manufacturing needs to be advised to include a sensor on their vehicles thst will alert owners to a weakening cranking battery.

Fairly quick "turnaround" in completing work, and discussion with Jesse resulted in getting full maintenance visit done a bit "earlier" based on mileage, but saved another trip to Madison for me. Thanks!!
