Your car wash didn't do a great job on my car, but it was a free car wash. I don't have any problem with it, but that is the level of nitpicking it took to find any small issue. Everyone was helpful and polite. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Mallory did a fantastic job handling my warranty claim, working on my behalf to get the claim approved. She kept me updated and made the process smooth and painless for me. This was the first repair I've needed for this vehicle, and for any future repairs I'll be certain to return to Smart Toyota.

In reservations for service, can you add a note about which area to report to? Sometimes I need to go to the Express area, sometimes I need to go to the regular service area. Your check in takes time and it’s awkward to then find out I’m in the wrong part of your building. Justin was great.
