Made appointment on line and the web site automatically populated the request as a drop off and there was no way to change it. In comments I wrote that I would be waiting for the car. The comment was ignored and when I arrived at the dealership they expected I would drop the car off. We were ready to leave and the staff did everything they could to Handle our service quickly but unfortunately it still took almost two hours to have our 5000 mile service completed. You should fix your web site or warn customers that only drop off service appointments are available on line. I will remember this when I purchased see my next vehicle.

I brought my car in to see why my horn doesn’t work. After receiving the estimate and paying my bill I got to my car and the horn still didn’t work. Greg the tech tested with the same result. He informed me it would be another hour to diagnose the issue. I’m not sure why they didn’t test the horn before telling me it was fixed. I left upset. For some reason I don’t know the horn did start working an hour later.

I really appreciate that Toyota ‘did right by us’ in covering this repair to the cable that connected to the seat lock (that allows one to disengage lock for putting seat flat for hauling) & housing. I appreciate the technician’s (Paul?) thorough explanation and effort in getting this taken care of. Thank you!
