I left the car in the morning and the rep left a message in the afternoon that the car will not be ready and if I could stay overnight. I said no. I needed my car to go to work. Then I reached out and told me that the car will be ready at 5. By 6 pm no one has called me back. I had to call to be sure that the card was ready and when I when to pick up my car there was an extra charge of 203 to inspect my car for a loose liner or shield that I told him and he did not mention to me that he would charge me extra. Worst customer service

I had brought my vehicle in the previous Saturday prior to the radiator being replaced for normal maintenance when it was discovered that I had a leak in the radiator and it would have to be replaced. I asked a very simple question as to how much will it be approximately and the technician, who was new, asked his supervisor who told him about $500. I thought that was reasonable however after I brought the car back for the service I was told it would be over $1,000 !!!! I was and still very angry about this big difference in cost and have decided to no longer have my car serviced at Smart and will now buy and use Honda vehicles. I will be advising family and friends and coworkers in Madison of what occurred and to think twice about doing business with Smart.

My first experience in Madison with Smart Toyota, after more than 30 years of living in the Philadelphia area and having my Toyota serviced there, was a positive one. Bryce was very helpful and pleasant. The wait time for Express Service was a little longer than I had hoped but it’s something I’ll just have to get used to. Again, overall, it was a positive experience, and I will return for my next service at Smart Toyota.
