Was left waiting on my car for at least 20 minutes for an advisor to check me in. I was quoted $159.93 for my service but was told it was more like $260. Was told they had new employees making the appt etc and were quoting wrong prices and since I was there around the lunch time my waiting would be longer due to lunches being taken etc.Melissa was good to work with and was allowed to give me a$20 discount. I have not had great experiences with Toyotas service dept, frustrating all around.
The car wash didn't work properly the first time I used it. It skipped the wash cycle completely and went to a Rinse and then had me pull forward and then didn't dry the vehicle.
Daniel provided world class customer service! Although another service employee created appointmt for me due to your software issues, your system failed to accept the new one. Hence, my 2PM appointment on 10/8 Bay 5 was not there. I received no texts about this appointment. This was 2nd X in 2wks I had issues w/scheduled apptmt. Daniel made it right. Car was serviced as scheduled.

Unfortunately Gregorio was not able to fix the issue. I will have to bring it back the next time the engine light comes on.

Was unable to get a copy of the Maintenance Inspection Form because the person who completed it had deleted it without saving it.
We have always been pleased with the care our vehicles have gotten at Smart Motors. And customer service is excellent.
I came in to get an estimate to replace 4 tires, and after I got the estimate, David was able to fit my car in that day to get the tires replaced. Thank you David!

I would say 4 out of 10 ratings for William, they did not make sure all job was done even the simple oil change, they did not reset the oil percetage back to 100%, i address to replace the battery on my key fob, but he has no knowlege to open the key fob,
