I was perhaps in the restroom? When my name was called and they said I was called twice. Anyway I waited about 20 - 30 minutes then asked at the counter. In the end I was there maybe an hour+ extra waiting to leave. Had to ask how the filters were, about the tires and wipers etc. Filters DID need to be replaced so add another 25 minutes. I had oil change tire rotation and alignment then the filters activated 1240 and left at 4 pm. SO just under 3& 1/2 hours.......

Impersonal and lacking any customer experience, and over $80 for a oil change . Someone who cares should contact me — funny right , like that will happen
Eric was friendly, polite, and thoroughly explained what was done on my vehicle.
I never received the inspection report, until I arrive to pick up the car. The technicians had a recommendation about new brakes. But I was unaware of this until the pick up. Melissa was great. She checked into it and discovered that I did not need new brakes at this time.
Jesse was fine, it was the fact I sat waiting for my vehicle for almost two hours, for a job that takes maybe ten minutes. I also was very
disappointed that an additional charge of $7.86 for shop supplies was added to my bill. Plugging in a scanner to reprogram one option in the computer does not take 2hrs, and an additional $7.86 in shop supplies. I have worked in the automotive industry, be honest with people.
The better business bureau would probably be interested in your business practices.
