Service is always great, but we are not real happy with the new appointment system. The reason why we choose Toyota over Honda is the ease of the express service at Smart Toyota. I loved being able to drive up and get an oil change in about an hour. We will have to start remembering to make an appointment now, because the wait times at drive up express lanes are quite long.

Overall good service with no issues on the inspection. Eric was great to work with! I do want to note that there was some miss-communication. I had dropped off my car the night before within the dealerships open hours. There was no service rep available or to be found to help me check in my car. This caused some confusion the day of my appointment.

I was perhaps in the restroom? When my name was called and they said I was called twice. Anyway I waited about 20 - 30 minutes then asked at the counter. In the end I was there maybe an hour+ extra waiting to leave. Had to ask how the filters were, about the tires and wipers etc. Filters DID need to be replaced so add another 25 minutes. I had oil change tire rotation and alignment then the filters activated 1240 and left at 4 pm. SO just under 3& 1/2 hours.......
