There is usually a sticker. Placed in windshield noting time of next service. Only one car was was operating so the line was long And I couldn't wait.

Service/repair was great. Checkout was an issue though. Just before 5pm and only 1-2 people seemed to be checking people out. One person in front of me and it took over 20 minutes to pay and go. Otherwise all was great

Was told when I made appt for routine work that the recall on passenger airbag could be done at same time as other work only to find out the recall work wasn't being done yet

I was checked in when I arrived on time for my appointment and told to wait for the next technician adviser. I then waited in my vehicle for 12 minutes and was only approached after I exited the vehicle and stood by it. I had a similar experience last time I was at Smart. In addition, when I arrived I was immediately approached by a shuttle driver who asked me if I was “in a big rush”. I said no, but didn’t realize that meant he was leaving right then and the next shuttle would be 30 minutes. I certainly could have been more direct, but a more helpful statement to me would have been something more direct and specific like “I’m leaving now, the next shuttle will be at 8”. Overall the service at Smart is great and the service on my vehicle is excellent. Refinement to the check in process would make the experience even better.

Online appointment page not working and no box to check to wait in store. People start waiting at the express line 2 hours before opening. Need to make appointments easier to schedule or hire twice the amount of mechanics for oil changes. These wait times are crazy!
