David Killerlain took care of me well. The problem with the car was not resolved. The car was kept over the weekend, but the techs were unable to locate the source of the drain on the battery, and the best recommendation I have is to keep a trickle charger on it, which will not be easy in the winter because the car is parked outside. I recognize that it is a perplexing problem, but the issue didn’t get fixed.

It’s always a shock, how expensive car repairs are. Smart is exemplary in its professional integrity and courteous team. The work was performed efficiently. I received timely updates as the work progressed. But it seemed a bit too assembly- line. Could the customer be given choices on procedures and parts?
