We had a good experience at Smart Motors for our 2024 Toyota Cross Hybrid-our first time in for the car’s 5,000 mile check up. Afterwards we asked for help to locate the access for 12v battery as we will be leaving the car in the garage for 7 months and wanted to put a trickle charger on it. Most people on your staff didn’t know where it was, or how to access it. You may want to teach staff where these batteries are located in the hybrid cars. Thank you.

David was great. Toyota Sienna, not so much. Wonder if I purchased a “bad” Sienna? I know it happens, but I am not thrilled with Toyota. To date, steering wheel replacement, failure of rear seats to lock (3 visits), rear seats falling apart, switch gear failing, sporadic door sensor failure, and most recently, a tire sensor light where there were no issues. All in all, not a great car.

I am fine with the service of the staff however my problem still exists. My Moon roof is still leaking a mist of water while getting a high pressure car wash. I will take it to my local dealership and see if they can fix this problem.

I had a 1:00 appointment in bay 8, arrived early to bay 8, waited (quite a while) in my car to get checked in. I was checked in and proceeded to the waiting room. At 2:00, I received an email telling me that I had missed my appointment. When I asked about it, I was told that something went wrong and they'd get my car in as soon as possible. 40 minutes later, I was finally on my way. To top it off, I noticed that my hood was not latched properly and had to pull off the highway to fix it. It was a frustrating experience.

The last view times the service crew has not paid attention to the details. Oil cap install far to tight. Pliers were required to loosen. Also I requested tire pressures not to be adjusted as they where adjusted for cold weather. Driving home pressures were adjust to 38psi. The service advisor was great but somewhere the instructions were lost again. Train staff or get rid of the techs!!!

Eric was great, as was the guy who first approached me. Disappointed it took so long. Appt was for 1:00. I wasn't out of there until almost 3.
