I set up an appointment to get my van looked at in particular because it had a tire light on. I was booked into the express line where they looked at the van and decided they could not fix that at the express station and I had to make another appointment to actually get it looked at. Something on Smart Toyota‘s end got missed when it specifically set up an appointment to get the tire light fixed. This was not the issue of the person I met at the shop, it was scheduling.
Very patient and understanding. Paul did great communicating with us and helped with communicating with our very crappy extended warranty program.
David Killerliain was very instrumental and extremely helpful from beginning to end. He walked me through and provided the best advice to his ability especially cost , labor and part to make it possible so that I can drive my 2002 Toyota Camry SE V6 car . I am very grateful I am not saying it was cheep $4,876 was not cheap but like I said he did his very best as an advisor to make sure that best quality materials were used to get it done. .Thank you
I appreciated Justin’s prompt assistance and having service personnel be able to repair my tire so my day was relatively unaffected. Excellent service is another reason why we have been loyal Smart customers for 20 years.

I had an appointment for 9:30! My vehicle sat until 10:25 before a tech first acknowledged I was there! Service took 15 minutes! Unacceptable! Frustrating! Upsetting! Not one apology!
Roger was prompt and kind, he made sure I understood what needed to be fixed and got it done well and right away. I am so appreciative of his help.

Roger was outstanding compared to any sales person I’ve dealt with at that location. I was not overjoyed with the time I spent at your location, however
He kept me up to date with what he was doing which I appreciated but if maybe shuttle service could have been made available to take me back to my office so I could have continued working that would have been the best. When I was told my car was ready for pick up, I took nothing but my cc and license, no phone, no computer. And, I was there 1-1 1/2 hrs
nothing to assist me with my work schedule. Done with all of that, give Roger 10 instead of 5. Take care of him because he is an asset to you coming from a long time sales person Thank you!
I was satisfied with the service but not with solving my car problem. She told me to call back and I will do that.
