I won't do that survey: I don't believe in 'recommending' - it's arrogant to tell someone to act on what I like. I'll tell what I like if asked, but that's it. Giving a low score on 'Would you recommend...' is taken as disapproval - inaccurate, since it is the principle, not the performance, that I disapprove of.

There was a complete lack of communication. I received notification via text that the inspection was complete and it took 2 hrs for me to get ahold of Mallory. I had to call multiple times to figure out what was going on.

I felt David was condescending when pointing out I had a drop off appointment and explaining what that meant. I booked this appointment weeks in advance. With the snow storm my ride dropped off and I needed to wait for my car today.
