Mallory was very helpful with the service for my Land Cruiser. She answered some operational questions I had and communicated well throughout the process.
I'm really not happy, since they didn't find anything wrong with the truck, and I'm still hearing the same noise (problem).
Wilker Bauer did not review the work done on my vehicle nor did he bring my attention the fact that there is a recall on my vehicle and I should call to schedule an appointment.
I would love to see Smart motors bought by the employees.

I was credited a total of $50 off of my bill as consideration for the couple of hours I wasted coming from Mount Horeb to Smart to pickup my car because i was told it would be complete unless I heard otherwise from my service rep. So I showed up as instructed and he and the tech were both gone without any communication. In addition I had to extend my car rental an extra day that I paid for out of pocket as I was unable obtain a loaner because I was told I couldn’t have one the night before but had I waited until the morning it would’ve been a big inconvenience to have to call for a tow truck during my work day. Happy to discuss and have generally been happy with smart motors but this was not a 5 star experience. Not upset that it took two days, just about how it all was handled. Listing one price for oil change on your website and then switching the price to twice the amount once my car was brought in and work started.. is unacceptable. I felt the staff member’s explanation that the 85 price is on the website but they never honor the posted price. This sounds like a consumer fraudulent practice. Either honor the pricing you post or don’t post it. I will be reaching out to the Wisconsin Consumer Protection Commission
The team was pretty thorough. Reviewed past service and found that spark plugs should have been changed a while ago. Got a few things that need to be followed up on. The time estimate was spot on.
