Total chaos! Noone came out to ask what I needed done/checked. Service has really slipped since I bought my first vehicle in 2015. Sad. Smart Toyota service needs to become professional and timely again.

It was disappointing that nobody ushered me into a bay, thus causing me to surrender my 2:30 appointment time. Though I suppose that’s more my fault than anything. I do appreciate the wonderful customer service by Jenna though, and how she was able to ensure I still received service.

I had my air filter replaced and now anytime I turn on my fan there is a loud spinning noise. I can not have my air blowing on any speed without hearing it. It was not making this noise until after I had it serviced.

Your whole system has changed. It's confusing. I like what you had before when I can call and set my car to whomever and you take care of that. You don't do that anymore so I was a little confused. And yes, I was unsatisfied because I had to repeat myself and had to get back to somebody to do the job correctly. I was surprised at my experience this time.

Dave is an asset to Smart Motors and Toyota. He's been my Service Manager for several years now, and he's always treated me well. He's polite and friendly and he definitely knows his business. He's always done a great job of explaining things to me in a way I can understand. It's nice to have someone I can go to who will always treat me well and fairly.
