I had an appointment for service and it took an hour! I am completely dissatisfied with service! I also had to have my breaks and rotors done after last service and they said my breaks were fine!

Brakes got done two months ago and were very squeaky upon receiving my vehicle back. Called the dealership 9 times and left four voicemails for someone to return my call and get in contact with me-no one did. Finally upon me calling again did someone reach back out many weeks later. When I finally got Justin on the phone he said “I’m not sure if I ever got a voicemail from you, I’ll have to double check.” After pressing him on his statement he admitted to receiving it weeks prior. Worst string of customer service I’ve ever been a part of.

David Killerlain helped us get our new Toyota Corolla Cross in today for a Toyota Safety Recall. He worked on our behalf to ensure that the recall was completed-which was a problem as I had an appointment at noon today, which didn’t seem to have been made in your computer system.
He took the problem on and gave us great service!
