Absolutely horrible service the last year and a half . They fire people daily and have inexperienced people working on vehicles.
They loose all their tools and you end up waiting two hours or more for them to either tell you sorry come back another day we will cover it for you . Then you go back and they deny everything. They lost there locking nuts for tires and expect the customer to buy them again . They scratched all the paint off my lug nuts and told me oh we were careful absolutely ridiculous almost two hours for an oil change and I had an appointment that was 3 weeks out . Across the street at the jeep dealer no appointments needed pull right up no waiting cheaper and done in 30 minutes!!! They oil change any vehicle ???? Toyota gets new staff weekly fires people and doesn’t train new staff on customer service or any service !!! They told me my skid plate fell off and I should buy a new one , I got a new one not from them they only had two choices I had someone else install it and they told me they put the old one in the back of my truck ??? It never fell off !! It was just rusted !!! How do you say its gone and don’t see it when it’s the size of a car door !!!
I don’t know if the east side Toyota is any better but it’s too far for me to go there so I’ll just get maintenance on my vehicle elsewhere from now on !!! Had a 87 Corolla the first FJ in Madison and now a four runner , you lost long time customer

The service that was needed based on my last service was not representative of the service indicated I needed now. I felt there was a trust issue that was attempted to be compensated by a minimal reduction in cost

9/10 stars. Would have been 10 but I asked if I could get the battery replaced in my key fob so I could use the electric locks and it wasn't done.
No nonsense customer service approach. Express oil change with tire rotation. I was in and out in 1 hour. Good work guys!

Great service in a timely manner
Express service took an hour and 40 minutes, Then only one bay was open for the car wash and I had to wait in line. They warned me that they were behind and it might take an hour…. Last time I was here, they were more timely

Everything went fine during the service visit but after driving 20 minutes home I got a low tire pressure warning and my front left tire was down to 25 from 30. I had to go to put air in and will watch it to see what happens. Maybe it wasn’t inflated all the way or suddenly developed a leak. It was inconvenient
