No service has been done. The representative never offered any options when I expressed that I need my vehicle or a ride since Toyota did not know how long the service will take and Toyota is not open on weekends for this service. Very unsatisfactory service since it was Smart Motors that caused the issue.

Alyssa was great. I had to come back because there was the oil change was not done properly. This happened to me last year as well I think you guys need to train your service managers, as well as staff doing oil changes I do not trust you with my vehicle

When I first arrived, I said be sure to check the air in my spare tire. Oh yes, we do that. When checking out, this had not been done. I asked the man checking me out to have someone check my spare. It was then done. Tire pressure was at 33, put up to 60. Checking the spare needs improvement. Otherwise, everything was fine.

I had my car in for its 90,000 mile check up, to have the tires rotated, and to get an oil change on October 30. I had an appointment for this service. It was not an Express drive in. The tires were not rotated because I needed new tires. I ordered tires online and made an appointment to have them put in on Monday, Nov 4 at 7:30 am. The car was not ready for pick up on Monday. I had to pick up a loaner car. On Tuesday, Gregory informed me that I needed a new battery and a new fuel pump. I wasn’t aware that he was going to check these things. I assumed they had been checked at my Oct 30 appointment. I did have Greg install the battery and fuel pump; however, it is concerning to me that these things weren’t found at the 90,000 check up. Greg said they may have missed the problems due to several things - lighting in the bay, temperature of the battery, no signs of fluids pooling, etc. I feel these are poor reasons for missing the problems. And is it standard for an inspection of the entire car to take place when tires are being installed? I was taken by surprise when Greg reported the problems. I had no idea he would even be looking for them. I feel that this information should have been communicated with me upfront.

Joel gave me a quote for tires and gave me options. He was very courteous and friendly. I also had an oil change and was shown an air filter with what looked like Cheetos laid on top. The tech told me I had a mouse but it is hard to believe the way the Cheetos were laying on top of the air filter that your tech pulled out the air filter without disturbing the layout. My daughter also said she was shown something very similar. I was due to get it changed but maybe someone should talk to the rep and let them know not to lie.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Smart Motors. I was charged $500 for a repair on an upper engine radiator hose to fix a coolant leak, whereas another Toyota dealership in Wisconsin quoted me half that amount. Each time I bring my car in for servicing, new issues are detected, and I am billed at what seems like an excessive rate. For instance, I recently replaced the brake pads at a high cost, yet now I hear a squeaking noise every time I start driving from a stop. When I raised this concern, I was informed there would be an additional diagnostic fee. As a loyal customer who has always relied on Smart Motors for my car needs, I’m concerned that pricing practices have changed for the worse, bordering on price gouging. I may have to consider alternative repair shops for future services.

Melissa was so kind and sympathetic when I was so distraught about the check engine light. She was reassuring and knocked her socks off to squeeze me into an appointment and get me a loaner. Everyone at Smart has always been great in my experience now with 2 Toyotas but Melissa was exemplary

Very uncomfortable with the guy that arranged the loaner for me. Partly it’s what he said but also I got very negative vibes from him. He just really shouldn’t be working with the public.
