I was happy to get in today - however I replaced my air filter after seeing it and being told it looked like a mouse had chewed on it when I heard a woman being told the exact same thing not 20-30 minutes earlier behind me. When I don’t actually see it coming out of my vehicle I really hope that’s true. I have had pretty good service here and I plan to continue. I highly doubt that happened but I trust your business. I had mixed feelings when I left. Just wanted to get that out there. I think women get taken advantage of more than men. I hope that’s not happening at Smart.
We continue to trust Smart Motors with the annual maintenance on both of our cars.
Our past two scheduled oil changes have had service started (“vehicle check in”) one hour after our scheduled appointment time. The staff has always been courteous & helpful. It feels as though the service area may be understaffed, or overbooked, or both. The service staff has consistently been good.

I’m surprised tire pressure wasn’t checked during this visit of oil change and tire rotation. I left with 30 psi in front and 29 psi in back tires. I got them filled up to the necessary 35, but was just surprised this wasn’t checked.

People were great. It’s just that two my problems are apparently intermittent so they could not duplicate the problems. At least a recall fix was made. Otherwise I would have wasted the time today and spent >$200 for nothing. I don’t blame Smart motors. Just frustrated
