I felt like I was not listened to or respected by the tech when I stopped by for an oil and filter change and tire rotation. The owner’s manual and the warranty & maintenance guide contain different information than what the tech told me.

I never got an email or text confirming my appointment. I also was unaware that I needed to empty everything out of my car. An appointment reminder + reminder to empty out all of my compartments would have been helpful!
