The team was thorough in their work of inspecting and servicing my car. Drove home, across town, from the service lot feeling reassured that my vehicle should not have any shortcoming mechanical issues.
My tires were not inflated to 35 pounds. I had to inflate myself at home. Very disappointed.
Ian always kept me informed and did a good job helping me endure my waiting, for my car ;…to be put back together!

I felt like I was not listened to or respected by the tech when I stopped by for an oil and filter change and tire rotation. The owner’s manual and the warranty & maintenance guide contain different information than what the tech told me.
Mallory was attentive and completed the service requirements in a timely manner. Overall, excellent.
I never got an email or text confirming my appointment. I also was unaware that I needed to empty everything out of my car. An appointment reminder + reminder to empty out all of my compartments would have been helpful!
