I was on time for my appointment time but found out 50 minutes later when saw my vehicle outside that it hadn't been even touched yet. I was very surprised because usually when make an appointment it gets in pretty much on time of that appointment. So I brought this attention to them and they did respond nicely and tried get it pulled in. Which they did about 30 minutes later. And then it was serviced and "done" less than 30 minutes after. Everybody was nice and apologized and gave me 2 car washes extra. And explained the stuff they did. Which for me was suppose be oil change courtesy check and rotation of tires and look at brakes. I also asked if they can just visually check the shocks that someone had put on for me to see if they looked like they are on right or no because of how hard my car now feels bumps. So anyways they gave me info on all that stuff but after leaving and driving down the road my low tire light came on (which it does every couple weeks or so because have a nail that I need to get fixed and haven't yet) so because that light came on it made me think about the service. They said checked all my tire pressure and even had amounts on my paperwork but that light came on so meaning they didn't do air in my tires. ( I did put air in myself and it's still good and no light since) and that tire is still in same spot of my car so that means no tire rotation then either, right? So did they actually check my brake stuff? And the shock thing I asked them too? I don't know. Sure hope the oil change was done right! So because of the long wait and that light that came on and me then thinking what else did they not do got me concerned about your service over there. I hope I am wrong about this.....

Jesse was super helpful and stayed on top of keeping me update as he got more information about my car! He was very nice and answered all my questions! Wonderful service!
