From receiving two appointments, a so fast check I wasn’t sure what signing to waiting one hour and forty five minutes for an oil change- lousy I should be reimbursed for my time. Get your act together if not enough people then less appointments until you fix the situation.
The waiting room was very messy. Also, their was standing water in the men's bathroom.

THE TIME THAT IS ESTIMATED IS NEVER CORRECT. I WAS THERE ALMOST AN HOUR EXTRA. THIS HAPPENS OVER AND OVER AGAIN. OFTEN TIMES MY VEHICLE LOOKS LIKE IT IS COLPLETED AND IS OUTSIDE. I ALWAYS WAIT TO BE CALLED UP BUT END UP ASKING AFTWR WAITING ABOUT 20 MINUTES. THEY APOLOGIZE BUT THINK IM GOING TO TRY EAST TOYOTA TO SEE IF THE SERVUCE IS ANY BETTER.
Melissa did a fantastic job on my last two service visits. She took time to clearly identify and explain the issues and has accommodated me into the service schedule knowing the urgency I was in. Mellisa goes above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome of the service when it was complete but also while the vehicle was being serviced providing me constant updates on the status. I know the messages were sent by Mellisa and not a bot. I have built a very strong customer relationship with Mellisa that I would be asking her to be my service advisor going forward. I hope Mellissa is recognized for her dedicated service to the customers.

We had a 2PM appointment but no one was available to work on our car until after 3PM. More importantly, our RAV4 never leaked oil, but now has a slow oil leak.
Joey was phenomenal. Explained everything in detail, extremely informed, very patient and helpful. Deserves a huge bonus.
You guys went beyond my expectations with the services on full inspection. I take my kid with me because it was no school. And he loved that was popcorn and cookies and drinks . Thank you guys for taking care on family vehicle. We love our toyota highlander.
