Great service from David, Melissa and Phil.my tire light came on.I tried to call David, but he had left. I called back the next day and David told me the possible reasons.The tire light is off now.

All was fine except the tire pressure gage was on and pressure when checked was not appropriate so someone must have forgotten to check that before finishing the work. I had to return to the garage.

The service was great but I would have appreciated Jesse resetting the service required message.
Dropped off my vehicle a few minutes before its appointment. Service associate took mileage and went over service to be done. Later, more than an hour later after dropping car off, I was sent a “you missed your appointment” text. Was really concerned my car was gone. Called Smart, they couldn’t find the car. Finally a text showed up while on phone, now saying the car was checked in. Then on phone, they confirmed it was in the shop being worked on. You really need to improve your system.
