I feel if a person makes an appointment they should have service before the "first come first served, service". I had a 9:30 appointment, I was there at 9:10, they took my truck in at 10:10, I left at 11:00. That's terrible for someone that had an appointment!!!
I can’t really respond to any interaction with anyone because my experience involved just dropping my car off and coming back to pick it up after being called and told it was ready for pickup.
Liam did a great job in providing customer care and quality service for our vehicle.
It has been an overwhelming few days for the staff as people want their cars running well before they leave for a visit on Thanksgiving but they remained pleasant and professional!!

Not an expert on the diagnostic system for determining the cause of a check engine light, but it cost $230 to figure out that the gas cap had a cracked seal.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I’m always happy with the Team at Smart Motors and I go pretty far out of my way to have all my service done here instead of the Toyota service closer to my house.
The only thing I’m confused about is the tire tread piece of the inspection. My tires have 71k miles on them and the last two (maybe three) services, they have told me I should think about new tires because they are getting worn. But yesterday, my tires were in the green. It makes you just pause a bit and wonder if things are actually being checked thoroughly- but I know tires can wear differently on different parts of the tire, so it could be they are just borderline needing to be replaced. I’m still happy with my service experience- that’s the only thing I have feedback on.
Mallory was just the right blend of persistence and patience. She possesses great communication skills and I am happy she worked on my car.
