As always, Smart does a great job caring for our vehicles
I had an appointment why was I sent to the express bay.
Once my service was finished I hopped in the car only to find the tire light still on. Had to go back in and then they filled the tires, even though they said they had already done so.
They no longer run the car wash. Said it was done but I watched three vehicles go through.
Great communication and efficient service. Thank you!
Despite having an appointment it took almost 2 hours. I received the checkin text 40 minutes after my appointment time. The woman in the next bay arrived after I did but got much better service and was done long before I was. Having a Toyota used to mean quality. Making me question the new hybrid I’ve been looking at
You went over and beyond what was expected. I had a part in the part department and you knew it and installed the skid plate. Thank you very much
I was waiting for the car to be serviced, but they never came to tell me it was done--instead they called my home phone & left a message.

Sean was fantastic! He let me know all of the options and expectations for the work that need to be done for my vehicle. And he gave me regular updates about the status and progress of the service work being done. It was a very busy day at Smart Toyota service and he managed to make it a very pleasant experience for me even though there was a long wait. All my concerns and questions were addressed very clearly and completely.
Even though I have a 2011 Toyota Highlander, it is a solid car and I hope to keep it for another year with good servicing at Toyota. Your service tech tried to do honest work on my car. The only suggestion I would make is use the phone to check with me about what I would want. Have a good Holiday!
