Smart Motors did a great job in helping my vehicle get a much needed new battery. When I accidentally pulled into the wrong lane the staff were very patient with me and told me where I needed to go. I was also given an estimated wait time which helped me in planning out the rest of my work day. Amazing job, everyone !

Peter and Kenny was very quick to respond to my complaint about technician leaving the oil cap off of my tundra. They were willing to coordinate a loaner car for me immediately and then got me in to correct the issue within 24 hours of my complaint to address my issues. Kenny said he will monitor my tundra for the next couple of oil changes to see if any other issues arise as a result of the oil spillage. Thus far, I’m happy with the response but I still fear irreversible damage has resulted because of this. I’m hoping not, but we will keep a close eye on this over the next year.

I trust Smart mechanics. I ve always felt they were/are honest and I still think that. But I arrived at 8:30 to ask for an oil change without an appointment. He was careful to say it might take at least two and a half half hours. That was a long time to wait but I decided that I’d get a 40 minute walk and then do computer work. It went an extra two hours and I was never given a heads up. If I could have been told even at the two and a half hour time, I might gave called a taxi. I had dogs at home and 5 hours (travel time too) was more than one could wait. That is not acceptable. I will be considering if I want to go back. Has something changed at Smart?

Had to make an appointment for 10k service two weeks ahead. Got there and found out that no mechanics would be looking over the vehicle for its first check since new,...rather was directed over to your quick lube area with "techs" looking things over. Then it sat outside for over an hour past my scheduled time before they even started. Your folks were polite and friendly,...did all thier typical oil change tire rotation checklists fine. This is my third new car with Smart Motors, and i just don't recall not having a real mechanic review/service. So, I was dissapointed in the wait and the lack of thorugh 10k checklist complete by mechanic.
