I would like to give a special thanks to Paul, in the sales tech department, for happily setting up my phone contacts list in my Prius. He was very pleasant to chat with, really knew his stuff and pointed out my next Toyota - a Corolla Cross Hybrid. Not for a while, though, I’m still happily putting miles on my Prius.
Not a good experience today on many levels. Services I asked for were forgotten, my coupon I asked to be applied was not and I wanted some troubleshooting for a tire vibration but was told it would be $185 to just diagnose it. Ridiculous! Less service and higher prices has become a trend for Smart Toyota and that is not a good business model. I will be going elsewhere for my next service appt.

Today was nothing like 6 mos ago. They didn't strip any bolts & try charging me $80 bucks. They also put the cover to the oil pan cover fully & completely this time. I was impressed that your quality has improved from 6 mos ago. Caleb was great!
A lug nut was stripped by your service team and there was an extreme lack of communication between your service and parts people, as well as myself. I had to be the one to call to make sure the lug nut came in and then call back to make sure it was mailed. The parts person had no idea it was to be mailed, though I left my appointment on 12-4-24 with the expectation that it would be. The guy verified my mailing address for heaven’s sake. When I shared my frustration today with the Parts department, it was received with no real concern. It felt like the employee was just trying to get me off the phone and not provide good customer service. I was told the first time I called today that I should receive a call back but no such luck there. I don’t believe that this is the first miscommunication of your facility that has resulted in my inconvenience as a PAYING customer. I likely am going to cancel the remainder of my Diamond glass stuff and then just go to my previous mechanic because I am just so tired of the crappy customer service.
Service was completed WAY fast than I was expecting. I was very pleasantly surprised how little tine I spent waiting. Eric also walked through the report at the end very well.
Eric did a great job. I was sad that the car wash was broke and that Bo couldn’t get a code for the future. It was a nice perk.
Work should have been done under warrenty repair.

Everything was great and everyone was extremely friendly. However, I mentioned that the brakes were squeaking when I dropped off my vehicle and there was no mention of that when I picked it up and the brakes still squeak. It's not a big deal, and maybe it'll go away on its own, but just some feedback.
