She saved the day! I had an appointment for the quick service and they didn’t have it right and sent me to the full service bay . Alyssa took care of me and checked on what had happened and said something got screwed up at the quick service area, but she fixed it for me and got me out on time.. that girl needs a raise!

Only got a call saying my car was ready. Would hsve appreviated a call saying they could not find anything wrong. Was left to assume everything is great with new brakes even tho they often squeak.

Next time I will make an appointment. I was cited an hour wait and was told I was car #3. I came back in an hour and my car was still outside. It didn’t go in the bay for another half hour! I left after 2 hours. I only had an inspection and wiper blade replacement

My vehicle was done about 20 minutes before I decided to check in about the status. I had patiently waited past the estimated wait time (45-60 minutes) I was told at 823am. When I asked, Daniel told me they were “finishing up the paperwork” which was a lie - just apologize and fix it. Instead he looked in the computer for a bit and then tried to find my service rep. Then said he’d be right over - no one came, then I found him but he never came to talk to me, nor did he answer my questions; and they still rotated the tires after I said not to because of a recommendation to replace them. Daniel finished up with me and still had to finish the paperwork that now took over 30 minutes to complete. He continued to pile on his “customer service” that the wait was the standard expectation. Had I known I wouldn’t have left until 1010am I would have got picked up so I wouldn’t be late for work.
Additionally, I was the 7 th car there in the morning and somehow got pushed down around 12 th to be serviced. That process ****. You should have a box to take a number or something else. Never again will I do that - only did because of a bolt/screw in my tire.
Alyssa was wonderful, and probably the reason I spent over $2600 to repair the car instead of scrapping it. I have to say that when I came into your repair area I was crying, shaking—it must have been obvious I was really upset. Two of your employees simply pointed me towards the back area with no real explanation of what I should do so I just stood there waiting for someone to notice me. Alyssa saw me and immediately called me over, asked what was wrong, and when she found out how completely scary and dangerous the car was that I somehow managed to get to your dealership…she was responsive, empathetic, and treated me with real care. If you have an outstanding employee award, please nominate her. If you can give Alyssa a raise—she deserves it!
