Eric went above and beyond to provide an answer to all my questions. He patiently listened and offered practical recommendations. In all it was a pleasant experience bringing my Toyota for a maintenance routine check. Every time I come in I leave with peace of mind! I love the customer service here. I’d definitely recommend Toyota’s maintenance service team including Eric who did an amazing job!

Paul exceeded my expectations
First off they claimed I was missing a lug nut, saying that they do sometimes come loose and fall off. BS. Next, they tell me they found it in the slush under my truck. So, my thinking is that someone dropped it while doing the tire rotation. Next, the upsell of completely ridiculous services. Brake line flush? $140. 4wheel dr service? $350. Spark plugs- $450. Please. Just change the oil and rotate the tires. Oh, the obligatory " your cabin filter is toast" spiel. I saw no less that 3 techs come in and show the customer a dirty filter. Probably the same one they use to convince people that they need a new one. Service is great, customer manipulation is not.
Only thing wasn't given was veterans rebate web site gave me hell trying sign in, is thier away still get $500 veterans rebates verification web site it not fair, the person help with paper she fantasies, a great help when a little problem pop up, I still don't understand stand I went to a dealer in Dubuque ia was not able get a truck , why same truck
