My appointment was at 9 am and at 10:15 I got a text my car was finished so I waited a few minutes than went to check out and they will be out soon with the paperwork, 25 minutes later still no word, so I went to check and the paperwork was just sitting there. Worst experience in a long time,

This was an oil change ONLY with the typical courtesy inspection included.
I inquired at the time of checkout but I still do not understand why I paid over $100 (even after a $10 coupon was applied!) since a) I only had an oil change performed and b) the website says that is $74.95. I think I was overcharged and would appreciate someone letting me know the difference in cost. Thank you.
