I no longer own this truck
I was immediately presented paperwork by a gentleman in a blue service shirt. I told him before I signed anything that I would like explained what all that was done. I had questions about the new engine’s warranty. Also questions about a break in period. I was brushed off and made to feel stupid for asking questions. That individual has no business being in a service department!
Tire pressure on tires were different for two tires when I received a tire rotation

This was my first Toyota and for the most part I love the service I get, nice waiting room, quick quality maintenance. However my last appointment, they told me I needed new tires, today this time I was in the green. So…. Yeah. I was happy not to buy new tires today.

It sucked! It wasn’t clear where to take the care. Wrong entrance staff were surely ! No one told me where I should go. After several pages from Toyota a very small line said which bay but they were not ready for me looked sorry I was even there b all you had to do is more clearly indicate where to take the care. No car wash with which was a nice feature. On ok y thing I appreciated was the banana and bottled water.
Your system sending “ready” updates hours before the vehicle was actually completed were not appreciated. At least I was notified this time unlike my last service where I had to call the next day to see if it was ready to only be told “oh, it was done yesterday”. No discounts given or accommodation made for a ride after the inconvenience. I saw that the location was busy enough that you don’t have to worry about losing one customer, but you have forever.
Exceeded my expectations. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
Jesse was friendly and kept me posted all the time about my service. I really appreciated! Thank you!
