My only hesitation and I have to take some of the blame for not doing what the check out person didn’t do, make sure she had the correct Joan. There was a bit of a mixup but thankfully my original technician got it all taken care of.

I really appreciate you guys getting my car in quickly to replace the battery. As I explained to Paul, I have both parents in the hospital so having transportation is crucial, so I’m glad you could fit me in.
