The standard basic service is much faster than it used to be. Today the wait was surprisingly short. There was one small detail that can be improved: when I drove in, the person who greeted me said that the service would be $74 plus tax. The service was what I requested, but the price was $117, total. When I examined the invoice, I saw he had quoted only the cost of labor, excluding parts and supplies. The difference was a little startling; I think a better estimate can be provided.

As always, Sean was great! I was greeted and told an estimated wait time, but because of the quickness of the repair, he was able to fit me in which cut the wait time drastically. I always appreciate the communication and detail at Smart Motors!

I am satisfied with the fact that Toyota fixed the problem now, but I believe that Toyota needs to be more careful with client’s vehicles. One appointment I had you guys forgot to close the hood properly and I had to stop on the Beltline to avoid an accident. This last time you guys forgot to put the lugnut on my vehicle’s wheel. I think these are mistakes that could have very bad consequences and makes me question if I should bring my vehicles to Toyota.

I was utilizing the first come first serve express lube this morning. I don’t know what the answer is, but there were definitely people I was there before and they were serviced first. It’s impossible for your team to get the correct ‘hats’ on the vehicles in the order they arrived if vehicles arrive at 5:30am and your team members arrive after 6:00 to open. No fault of your team members, the system is broke. I get it, you’ve reduced the quick lube bays to a quantity of two, meaning you want people to schedule appointments, but if you’re going to have a first come first serve option, it needs to be equitable to all. Thanks. Love Toyota, love the hustle your team displays at Smart, they’re working with what they’re dealt. No criticism of teammates here at all. Thanks for the coffee and snacks in the a.m., it’s appreciated.
