Justin provided clear and detailed explanations about the car service . The costs and why the red light comes on in the winter. Justin urged me to take the shuttle rather than walk in the snow. He was polite at all times.

Melissa is knowledgeable, personable and very helpful! I have worked with her more than once and I always get clear information and a practical approach to the problem. Next time I need service I will ask for her, as I feel she does an outstanding job!

Eric is always a pleasure to have help me out when I come in for service. You guys have a great customer facing employee who is kind, thorough, and confident. Definitely a good look for Smart Motors and Toyota having him at the realm. Find a way to keep and elevate him. Hope you take good care of him come bonus season.

I received multiple text. Tell me when my appointment was, when my vehicle went to service, and when it was done. It would’ve been really nice to know that you were 1/2 hour behind on your schedule so that I could’ve delayed my arrival and not had to wait so long. Seems with today’s technology you should be able to do that.

After getting service of oil/ filter and tire rotation i checked under hood. Anti- freeze level was below the L line and when I looked under vehicle they didn't even wipe the oil mess they made when changing the filter. This is the second time this has happened. When I go to a dealership I would expect them to do things the correct way. If I can't trust you with a simple service, why would I feel safe with more difficult services.

The service was excellent. The price was ridiculous. $25 labor to change the air filter? $25 labor to rotate the tires? The oil change is bad enough! Sorry, just an old man gripping about the cost of living! I remember getting the same thing done for less than half that price. The good old days. Keep up the good work, it is what it is!
