Despite having an appointment, it took 45 minutes from the appointment time before work in my vehicle began, despite this being the express service bay. My past experience for an oil change using the standard maintenance bay was quicker. This was my first time using the express bay, thinking it would be faster, but it wasn't.

My car came in for routine tire rotation and left with an engine light on. Was told to just keep driving and it would go off. Thought it was the gas cap but it isn’t. Need to get light off.
Everyone there is really nice. I liked having my car looked over for it's checkup, then Vincent talked to me in detail about my options.
The two women at the loaner desk were incredible. Please extend my thanks! They had tremendous service, were so helpful amidst the shortage of loaners, and one of them (Naomi?) made a note about me needing a larger vehicle to accommodate my wife and children while our Sienna was in for service and knocked it out of the park when she remembered me and followed through with a brand new Sienna that had just been added to the loaner fleet. This was such a great maintenance experience at SMART.

He answered with information about a probable cost and that I should consider whether it would increase the trade in value by the repair expenditure. I considered this to be well above what I would expect of a
Mechanic. He obviously is aware of the issues of car ownership beyond basic mechanics. I could see that he could rise to the level of a supervisor or maybe even a new car sales person.
Every time I get an oil change under warranty Toyota attempts to charge me. I say it’s covered and it is, and then continue with the next. How do I know when my warranty expires
