Hi there. Upon checking in, I mentioned that I would like to make sure the Diamond Fusion was applied because sometimes in the past, it was forgotten. The gentleman said "absolutely, thank you for reminding me, we'll make sure to get that done for you". Everything was fine, I paid for service for the visit, got out to my car and saw that my windshield was still dirty, which it SHOULDN'T be if the Fusion was done, like I had asked. I went back inside, and the gentleman at the desk kept shaking his head and apologized that the service is no longer being done, and they don't know why the salesman keep selling it. Is this true? If so, I paid for this service upon buying my car, and if it's been discontinued, I believe I should be compensated for the unused services. Thank you for listening.
Jose was very efficient and kind. Thank you for great service!

I have tried submitting a lovely appreciation note several times and it won't submit it. I am grateful that your service is so much better than attempting to submit this! Gregorio did a wonderful job of communicating and making sure everything was good with the car. We appreciate it very much
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I’M VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE ON MY CAR. THANK YOU!
Khon was the ultimate professional. He patiently and clearly answered my questions. He is a great representative for Smart Toyota. Thank you Kohn for assisting me.
I’m so very UPSET right now!! Firsrt when I got there, David was leaving for lunch. And rightly so, staff need their lunch breaks, he quickly said he was going to lunch and some else would help me. I spoke with another associate who told me my total, I said the $150 discount isn’t on there and neither is the head light restoration taken off. He said why are you getting a discount, which threw me off but I explained, coupon discount and I had asked for the other to be thrown in, both of which David agreed to. Mainly because I purchased my truck from you and I do all the service there and I just came in in the late fall for 5,000 and this was going to be 4,000. He went and talked to Jessie, who called David and handed me the phone saying David wants to talk to you. David says on the phone, remember I worked with the parts department and got you that discount. Wait, what? You mean the 2 parts for just over $300 each that were not needed? But then I needed another $300 part so lowering my bill by a little over $300. That’s not a discount, that is returning parts inventory and removing from my bill because it wasn’t necessary for my truck! He did talk with Jessie and they did adjust my bill, which was just over $3,700. I did not leave feeling good about that encounter. BUT WHAT I AM SO VERY VERY UPSET ABOUT IS THAT YOUR STAFF COULD HAVE KILLED ME OR MY HUSBAND!!! AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IT HAS HAPPENED!! I drove home to Sun Prairie, heard a weird noise when I pulled into the garage but was not feeling well so didn’t explore it right then. We have been gone since then, using my husbands car to go down to Illinois to see our granddaughters. My truck has not moved out of the garage until just now, my husband took it to go golfing at The Oaks. He had to go 20 MPH for the last few miles as the noise was getting worse!! He pulls in and finds, not just one BUT 3 lug nuts almost falling off on the front drives side tire!!! He touch one and it came off in his hand that’s how loose it was!! He hand tighten and then checked all the remaining tires. The rest were ok but then he had to dig out the wrench and tighten them. If those would have come off on the interstate or Beltline, we could have killed someone or ourselves!!! This very same thing happened a couple years ago as well, which causes me now to double check before I leave. As I said, I was not feeling good and didn’t check! But honestly I shouldn’t have too! I love my husband with every fiber of my body and if something would have happened to him or anyone else, oh my God I can’t even image!! I am so upset. I would really like a call back and not from David, I would like a supervisor to contact please. Are’anne Arb ****-****-xxxx
The service was professional. The atmosphere was friendly and supportive. I have been more than pleased to have purchased my first new car from Smart Toyota. I appreciate the customer service Smart Toyota provides for their custmers: drinks, cookies, popcorn and a comfortable waiting area: best customer service I have ever received. Thank you, Smart Toyota, Madison.
All good in the neighborhood!
Kurtis did a good job as well.
Satisfied completely with Kohn Xiong.
Not satisfied with pricing.
The dealer should not charge for rotating the tires, when dealer does safety inspection of the brakes.
Every thing was first class, from the greeting when I arrived, the check in, the up dates and the check out. Smart motors is outstanding in customer service.
I just don’t like the extra hidden fees. $50
Added to the cost of service for .”shop fees” is absurd
And not communicated. If it were $5 that is different, but $50?
You guys were great! I really appreciated Roger dropping me and my kids off when my travel home plans fell through!
Called to request a simple teacher in-service vehicle check to allow students to ride in our vehicle. When speaking with the person setting up the appointment and the other day they did not explain how long the appointment would take nor did they explain what the approximate cost would be. After I joked about the price and the time we thought it would just be a 15 minute appointment costing approximately $50. When My Wife dropped off the vehicle they said it would be minimum one hour at $185 per hour. My Wife assumed that is what I had asked for so she approved the initial appointment when she called me to tell me she would be late to pick me up from my appointment by at least 30 minutes I called and spoke to both Mallory who did not understand what the issue was and then I asked to speak to a supervisor which I did. I relayed the situation to him. He said he would go back and play the recording to see where the discrepancies occurred with the original call taker that set up the appointment. They did offer to charge us half the cost of labor for the hour appointment. I said that that was not good enough and that we expected to have some further discount applied as both I was late getting back to work as well as not planning to pay 3 to 5 times what was expected. Supervisor reduced the final cost to $80.93 that included tax. We found that acceptable and we appreciated their efforts. Please have the initial appointment Service personnel explain the costs when on the phone otherwise we just would have gone to something like Tires Plus which charges $22 for this type of inspection. They followed the Bridgestone information. We’ve had friends do similar and they were also only charge 20 or $30. Sincerely, Scott T
