Good experience overall. I had a sound coming from under the car when I would be in reverse before having it serviced. The sound has diminished some, but can still hear a knock when in reverse. It’s a lot better than 3 knocks. Otherwise, it was a pleasure working with Jesse. He is well spoken, kind, and a good listener.

$217 is a lot for replacing 3 lamp bulbs on my Prius. I’ve changed those lights before myself (I no longer am able) and per the owners manual, it didn’t require the front bumper cover to be removed.
He clearly explained the services that were recommended.

My only complaint is that the work done was quite pricey. We have bought 8 to 10 Toyotas, most from Smart, in our marriage, and have never bought a new car that wasn't made by a Toyota, now driving my 18-year-old hybrid Camry, which I love, and a Lexus NX, which we also like very much. Our next new car will predictably be a Toyota.
I specifically asked for my spare tire to be checked for pressure because the light was on and they didn’t do it
He was helpful, clear, knowledgeable, and courteous.
She didn’t go over any of the diagnostic information. I needed other things done including alignment and brake flushing that they didn’t have time to do at the time of my appt nor did I know I needed them. Then after I paid I was notified I had no coolant in my car and they refilled it but don’t see anything wrong….this is a huge deal and not something that should be casually brought up after I paid. I wasn’t offered any further information on this just “if it happens again, you should make an appt”. Extremely annoyed and dissatisfied with the service provided.
