Scott explained everything very thoroughly to me and it was much appreciated as I just got my Toyota a few months ago. He sat down and walked through everything so I understood. He was also very personable and kind. Would absolutely work with him again, even request to work with him.

Luis went the extra step to review all Toyota service on my vehicle, learning the brake fluid has never been refreshed. Appointment setup to have the brake fluid flushed. Thank you Luis.

Today’s work was scheduled to be completed between 1 to one and half hour but was done within 45 minutes approximately. That’s what makes Smart Motirs service center one of the best here. Keep up the good work.

I don't blame Giorgio- it's not his fault. But after expensive rottors and brake pads replacement I've received car with no parking brakes, so I had to come back next day for adjustment. And it's still not holding. The problem is I think that mechanic do not know how to deal with 2019 camry with old fashion pedal. Some 2019 still have it.

Shortly after I got my car back with with new brakes(new rottors and pads not cheap) I found out that parking brakes do not hold anymore. That's the bummer. I did contact representative next day and he was very helpful to get me in the same day and brakes supposingly where adjusted, but they still not holding car on the steep hill. I was given explanation that new rottors need to settle in- I think it's not true. New 2019 camry with brake pedal (not electrik brake)from factory has functional parking brakes without settle in. I think problem is that mechanics do not know how actually deal with old fashion parking brakes and also that 2019 camry can still have this kinda brakes.
