I talked to someone in the service dept who checked that the tires on my two cars were compatible and then went through some effort to get two cars to Smart only to find out they weren’t compatible. Just super frustrating and a waste of precious time.

I was told when I made the appt I was told all the parts were available to complete the recall repair. However that turned out to be incorrect. I had a loaner car which I ended driving home that night. Living 80 miles away putting in twenty eight dollars of gas. I find this misleading, I would have hoped I had known this ahead of time. Also thus is the second time this has happened and will be the last

The waiting room was very nice for the Express Service, except there were too many televisions creating noise. Once a service representative kindly turned off the screen in the area off to the side, I noticed most waiting customers gravitated towards that more quiet area. Perhaps 2 televisions are enough. Thanks! Bryce was very professional, friendly, and with a nice sense of humor. I missed the car wash very much though!

Gregorio’s service was great! Its the measurements in the report that need review. Tread depths have grown by 33% in 2 weeks and tire pressures differ by 20% from what the vehicle shows.

Very smooth procedure via the appointment. I was greeted and updates were very proficient in knowing what was needed to be done. Mechanic Joey was awesome and a very positive employee for Smart Motors (10+). And.. the baked cookies were delicious with a cup of hot coffee while waiting. The temperature today was FREEZING! As with the past 40+ years as a customer of Smart Motors— we love our Toyotas and being a welcomed part of the Smart family. Roxanne
