well, not sure if the previous message went through have no way to look back I requested Service to be checked on the lane assistance that didn’t seem to happen. I’m still having issues. There is a button that controls the motor on or off function that doesn’t work I don’t know what a gold standard car from Toyota is, but it appears that I bought a lemon.

Didn’t think it would take three hours to complete my repair but my service advisor kept me updated. I appreciate that. One thing to note. Customers can hear the service advisors and the main guy. His voice is deep and he speaks in a loud clear voice. That’s great as a manager who wants to lead and coach but just remember we can hear what you say and what your subordinates say.

It took too long to get an appointment. Maybe you should get more help in the department. The time to get the truck in for service was just to long My have to look at alternatives next time.
