Sean was fantastic throughout the entire process. He kept me in the loop with regular communication as work was being done, and made me aware of options for service as they arose during the appointment. This was my first time at smart Toyota, usually I’d go to East Toyota as it’s closer to my home but being unsatisfied with their work I decided to come to Smart instead. Initially I was skeptical but after talking with Sam and Ian we found a solution to my skepticism and the technician solved my vehicles issues in a timely manner. I will suggest smart Toyota to my friends and I will certainly be back in the future. Thanks for making sure I had a positive experience.

Bryce has helped me out the last two times I've brought my corolla to smart toyota and he continues to be awesome. Does a great job providing information and options and he is super patient with my follow up questions. I never feel rushed or pushed. Bryce is a great asset to your team.

I really appreciated that he advised that I could possibly obtain a rental car and did when I didn’t know I was leaving it all day. Not his fault I previously called it in. He also noticed I had another service appointment 2 weeks from now and advised I should combine them. I thanked him for bringing it up and accepted. I like the initiative he took.

When I brought up two issues with my vehicle that needed to be dealt with his response made me feel like he was making light of the issues rather than trying to understand what was actually going on and how to resolve it. With the third issue his response was more helpful.
