The service was OK. Smart Toyota is not. I had to let smart know that the service was free. Also the service was $150 if I was charged. At Zembrick the charge would have been around $95. I bought 2 cars/trucks in the last 14 months and am not happy. I used to like Smart. In the last year the labor costs are to high and no one seems to know what is going on. Very unhappy.
David was very professional and informative. He was always courteous whenever I called to check on the status of my car service. Lots of folks in customer service have been loosing patience lately, so it was nice to see it with David.
He was polite, personable, and efficient.
Caleb was great! Clear communication, helpful, and understanding when I was late.

2nd visit where the maintenance light was not reset and when I called it was suggested to me that I look up a YouTube video on how to do it or make a trip back to Toyota to have it reset “for free.” Great, thanks for offer! ???? (FYI video did NOT remedy the light)Also, “miscellaneous charges/shop supplies” for about $24 were not explained to me nor told to me after inspection of car. I will not be returning to the Express service dept.
I will trade my car in when Toyota has a plug in hybrid ????????

Service was great, but I was told the length of the service would be an hour and a half approximately. I checked my vehicle in at 7:30 am and didn’t have my vehicle returned until 10:25. A more accurate time estimate for my service would have been appreciated!
