The guy who checked me in didn’t even know why I was there trying to figure out if it oil change time I told him several times I was only there because I had a screw in the tire other than that everything was fine

Service was slow, the representative was ill informed and couldn’t answer basic questions regarding the services performed. She was terribly unimpressive. I bring my car to the dealership because I’ve always thought you had better service and employed techs who had more knowledge about Toyota's than the 5 minute oil change type places. Today was the second time in a row I’ve been less than impressed by your service.

After my tire rotation, I got only 2 blocks away when my light indicating low tire pressure came on. I had to go back to the shop to get that looked at, and they discovered my one tire had only 15# of pressure in it. How could that have happened 5 min after I'd just been serviced?
