I wasn't happy that I had to drive 25 miles the day after for my car. But apparently that was corporate not giving the dealership the parts ahead of time so the customer can get their car the same day. Mallory and all people at Smart Motors are wonderful.

Thank you for walking me through the process Melissa! I appreciated the heads up regarding the crack on the part. I'm delighted the piece has been reordered and should be in early next week. I am grateful I don't need to leave my car again and can drive up at my convenience to have the final part put on. Thanks for your honesty. Happy the majority of the work was completed today

I was told that I could not get the services that I had selected to receive before my appointment. "We don't really do that here" I booked my appointment through the app and selected all the basic dealer.Recommended services such as torquing propeller shaft and other items that I was told I could not get done. This seems very wrong.

I was told my tires were in stock but when I got there they were not. They told me they would order them but they weren’t there by the date I was told. I was very disappointed in everything other than the service from my technician. He was very professional and is the only reason I will be coming back.
