Mallory is a wonderful advisor. She kept me informed throughout the whole process and made sure I could keep my busy afternoon schedule. Mallory sets the standards for other advisors to obtain. This was, by FAR, the best service experience I have had with ANY dealership. It took a long time but Justin explained why and made the long wait become headache-free for me. And it seemed to me he looked only for a solution when obstacles arose, rather than excuses. Clearly a well-trained, customer-service-oriented and caring employee. It’s folks like Justin that keep bringing us back to Smart Motors.

I had a problem with the protective film on my brand new car and the service advisor I spoke to told me to tell them when I arrived for service. When I arrived, I was told that was a totally different department that would take care of that. They could not take a look at it at the time of my appointment. I now have to make another appointment to have them evaluate the issue and then probably return to have them fix the problem.

Only thing they missed is when I drop off the car I said I wanted store rotation and the rubber piece put back in place on the roof of my SUV. Picked up the car and assumed it was done but realized it was never done. When I went back another intake person said they don’t do that. Be sure you repair people read the full customer request and to get back to the customer about the issue at the check out
