Jesse was awesome. I was a little disappointed in the amount of time it took to do an oil change and do not understand why I can’t do that through express anymore. However, Jesse was great so hard to complain when service is so great.

I received the that my car was finished. I assumed a technician was going to come speak to me about my car. I waited about 10 minutes. I then went to the desk. I explained I received a text about my car being finished and he confirmed a tech would be out to check me out. He never asked my name or made any effort to check on the status based on my information. I waited another 30 minutes. I sat in plain view of the desk at a table right by the beverage and snack station. I returned to the desk and asked AGAIN what was going on. At this point he gave pause, asked my name, opened a drawer and found the paperwork. He mumbled an apology and told me my car was parked, 'over to the left '
First I'm disappointed that a tech didn't come out with my paperwork. Someone named Hunter called me. That was confusing? I guess that was the customer service? Not impressed. I felt brushed off especially watching EVERY OTHER CUSTOMER being spoken to face to face. My year is coming up, it's my inclination is to take it that my importance to Smart is declining
Second I'm frustrated someone who seems to be in charge of the waiting area didn't listen to me and didn't know what was going on. Was a tech coming to speak to me? Should be expect me to come to the desk and he would close out with me? He clearly had no idea. And when I came to the desk he basically brushed me off and didn't find out what the status of my car was. How long would I have sat there, waiting?
Third, I'm thoroughly annoyed it didn't even register with him I was just sitting AFTER I SPOKE TO HIM AND TOLD HIM I RECEIVED A TEXT SAYING MY CAR WAS DONE. Isn't customer service just simply noticing people? I was literally 10 feet from his face.
I was also disappointed in the apology and lack of any acknowledgement or accomodation for wasting an hour of my time
I really hope this is NEVER my experience again

First impressions are everything and from the moment Mallory greeted me I knew that I was i good hands. She was very friendly, welcoming, and efficient.
