I will continue to come back because I’ve had exceptional service for years, but today a few things seems different.
1.) The inside of my car really smells. I drove with the windows down to air out the smell, closed them, picked up my kids, and could still smell it. Gasoline/exhaust 2.) I asked them to look at my back windshield wiper. First they said it was fine, then I explained that the wiper wasn’t laying on the window all the way. They said it was a bit out of place and they put it back in place. Made a smart suggestion to try it after the car wash. When I did, it was still not functioning well and was possibly worse., 3.) I expect my seat to be moved for the technician to sit in my vehicle, but it is unusual to come back to all 3 settings in my seat adjusted as well as my steering wheel. Perhaps I should expect this? 4) They parked my vehicle on the backside of the building. I had to sneak between cones and the front of the van with barely any clearance. I was okay with this because I’m comfortable maneuvering my vehicle through narrow spaces, but I thought I would mention it as a consideration for other customers.
The only thing I wasn’t happy about was the complimentary car wash. I was the third car in line and when it was my cars turn nothing happened. The door didn’t open and the lights were off. I tried my complimentary number again and it said it was invalid. Not a game changer but who doesn’t appreciate a free car wash????

I was quoted a price of $170 for fluid exchange for AWD suggested at 60,000 miles but there was a charge of $36.56 or $36.65 (depending on where you look) for gear oil. This was never mentioned to me when I agreed to the service. I expect to be informed verbally of the entire price before I agree to a service. I found this later when looking over my paperwork. Not happy.
