Gregario did an excellent job but I have a concern about company policy. I buy tires at Costco and get rotations free. But Smart Motors won't check my brake linings unless I pay $24.99. I understood that the multipoint check included.

I am glad the recall on air bag sensors got replaced. Now I can drive w a lot more confidence and sence of well being. Thanks for fixing yhe heated seat relay so the heated seats turn off when the ignition is turned off. Keep up the excellent work. Best regards Tom W.

My mirror still has wind audible noise with the window closed. Also, there was something sprayed inside on the door panel and dash (and on the step board and who knows where else). The interior was cleaned up. Still disappointed.

The service management team went above and beyond to fit me in after I was late for my scheduled appointment by locating an available technician in the main service area who had an opening. I am so greatful that he took the time to arrange that for me.
