Mentioned, rear hatch needed lubricant to check in tech. He said it was work a different dept handles? So no one addressed my rear gate issue? Check in tech just wanted to handle scheduled oil change & owners check list that comes with new vehicle.

Since we have gotten our Toyota, one of the tires has always had low tire pressure which we have had to add air in about once a month. Twice now when we have gone in for a tire rotation, the tires are rotated, but air is not added to that tire and the low pressure reading is still on in the car. I figured that would be standard practice to be checking the psi on the tires along with rotation. Frustrating that this has happened more than once. It’s also confusing that you put a maintenance reminder sticker and maintenance reminder on the car for 5000 miles, are we think we need to get the oil changed, but this is just for tire rotation. It would be better to have a different type of sticker label to clarify what service is needed.
